Vicz, our jewellers spent 20 mins looking for our rings when we went to pick them up. There was nearly several dead bodies lol so I kind of feel your annoyance but at least you have them now.

I have to work mon and tues next week so only have 3 full days before our wedding and my moh goes back to work next week so I lose my best helper!

Saw the wedding co-ordinator at the registrar today, feel more at ease now I know what will happen on the day. Why is the weather so haywire yesterday lovely sun late on in the afternoon today rain and doom and gloom. Oh come on weather give us a break!!!!

Me: Nooooo....thats telling the weather that its ok to rain do not buy umbrellas!!
Mum: Well whats you plan then?
Me: Go and buy sunglasses......we are then telling the weather that we are prepared for sun, rather than buying umbrellas and letting the weather know we are prepared for the rain lol

Glad your dress fitting went well Sijen, as regards mentally prepared I feel better now I know the registrar has a sense of humour and I know what will happen at the registrar. As far as the weather goes I'm just hoping it will be dry.

Well had my "thank god" final dress fitting, everything is tighter & smoother lol may not be able to eat at the wedding though!! When I was leaving the shop the girl said "oh you can go and have a big stiff drink" my reply was "f%&k that I'm having a big chicken kebab for my tea" which after the wedding rehearsal I DID haha

The rehearsal OMG walking down the aisle I couldnt swtop laughing and neither could my H2B - nerves decided to kick in :-D

Everytime I think I'm on top of it something else pops up!! Oh and to top it off family arguments have already started over who is invited & who isnt ... FAMILIES CAN BE A PAIN IN THE ARSE:-)

To be honest Kat - I'm buying my umbrella and everyone else can sort themselves out!! I'm not paying for everyone to not only have their meals & be entained ... but also pay for them to have an umbrella as well hahaha x

I've got another week to work and then it's lift off. So excited now, can't wait but also papping myself!! I'm preparing for a wet wedding that way we won't be disappointed if it rains, bought umberellas and he h2b bought me some weddingtons which are fab!! x

This time next week i will be starting to get dressed!!!! aurgh!!!! I AM SOOOOOOOOOO EXCITED!!!!!! and also a little bit scared and nervous!!!!!

Bit annoyed today tho as my pre wedding spa day has just been cancelled because the spa has had a powercut and the road is being dug up to fix the problem!!! was really looking forward to being pampered and having alone time to relax!!!

Awww lows that's a shame about your pamper day - maybe go buy lots of lovely facemasks and have a home pamper day? I had one the day before we got married, just had a long hot bath and did my nails and my hair and put a facepack on... Really made me relax and my skin felt great in the morning!

Mellie, It didn't hit me until the day when I was getting my dress on and I turned to my family and said omg I'm actually getting married today.

Make a list and prioritise your DIY to do list... See if you can get help with the bigger jobs and you should be okay. so close now ladies, I hope you all have wonderful days x

Aw thankyou, it was so amazing to see our day captured so well, our photographer was amazing and we're intending to book her for anniversary shoots and when the time comes, pregnancy and baby shoots too... She's just a star x

Im in full bridal panic mode now!!! I managed to squeeze in a facial today after my spa day was cancelled yesterday!!
I have also made 2 lots of jams for the favours so they are now finished. I have sewn together my hearts for the pew ends they just need stuffing and the ribbon adding. The order of service still needs to be printed!!! but will do that at work on tuesday as I have a free lesson.
I have put the stuff into my toiletries basket and it looks really bare so I might have to pop out and get some more stuff or a smaller basket!!!!
I need to take my engaagement ring in to be cleaned and polished before the big day.
I also need to confirm the last few things and make payments to them.
Am alittle worried about our venue dresser who we paid the deposit and she said she would email me closer to the time to make final payment and confirm details and I have heard nothing from since!! Ive emailed her twice last week and not had a responce so am panicing that shes not going to turn up!!!

I cant believe I have 5 days left!!!!! totally mental this last year has gone by so quickly!!!!!!

Well I've got 3 days to go & still LOADS & LOADS of running around!!! To top that off one of my dogs has got to be taken in for an operation on his eye TODAY :-( So now my stress levels have not only gone through the roof but they've gone all over the world lol

Picked up my bridesmaid dresses today and they are gorgeous so thank you Jen for suggesting dessy months ago. I've also had the first argument with my mother so I've got them to look forward to every day now til we go on honeymoon on mon. Yay!

Very fabulous dresses and the girls look amazing in them.

My mum is known for being a bit*h. I wont bore you with all the stories but she has been nice lately so have been waiting for her to start up again!

MRSL2BE - congrats - and it's fantastic weather here so I hope the sun has been shining for you all day as well.

My nerves have most definately arrived...My stomach is in knots and has been since I woke up...had a mad busy day which hasnt helped...met with registrar and finalised ceremony details then had loads of running around to do, met my brother to try his suit on (which he looks fab in), then met my friends who helped me pick up my dress...I wasn't allowed to try it on again as it had all been pressed so it's now hanging in my mum's spare bedroom.

Felt relaxed after it was all done and we went for our lunch and a coffee but now I'm home again and thinking about everything we need to do tomorrow, the knot has returned.

Kat - I go away on 6th August so I'll miss your update ;o( Hope it's brilliant though!
