I decided it was time to joing weight watchers today!!
I have lost weight on my own in the past, but just feel like I dont have the commitment to do it these days,
Plus i have so many stupid eating habits and think i have to live on soup to lose weight that H2B thought maybe it will re-educate my way of thinking about food.
So lets hope it will work

Good luck i'm sure you'll be successful. I've lost 6 and a half stone on WW and it does re-educate you. Lucky u finding a class on a Sunday! x

Im so hoping its going to work for me, and as you said about the reducating part thats a big factor for me.
I know Im so glad cos im hoping it will stop me going off track on the weekends

Good luck with it hun, I started 23rd May and since then 4 weeks ive lost nearly 8lbs, I got weighed every tuesday so hopefully fingers crossed it works for both of us xxxx
