hi ladies been doing abit of a spring clean ( before the arm incident) and i came across 1 large glass square clear vase and 2 smaller glass square vases which are perfect for my candy buffet i have also came across 6 colour changing flowers that i will also be using so just a little tip look around the house before u go out and spend a fortune on ya jars and vases its surprising what u will come across as i have also came across a tall slim galvanised bucket too it just keeps getting better lol happy hunting xx

shazzi i had the 2 little square 1s and the lights in my bathroom hun the bucket and other vase were just taking up room at the bottom of the stairs with those twiggy stick things and beads in them ive walked past them loads it was only when i was cleaning through the house i looked at them and it hit me "ooooo i can use them" lol xx

Yeah it is. You can walk past them every day and just not think of it lol. Saves a lot of money though :) Ooooh i'm after heart shaped vases. I don't live near a morrisons though...might have to get h2b to drive to one at the weekend :) Thanks for the tip! xx

i saw them on monday while i was in there hun im going back for 2 myself and wilkinsons has the large hurricane vases for £10 each there really big i think there a bargain at that price xx

joanna my martini glass i got are about £25-£35 each to buy i got mine off the bay for 99p so its worth hunting everywhere possible b4 paying shop prices but i think the hurricane jars are fab at wilkies just hope they still got them in next week when i go down there sold out on the site xx

I've only bought about 4 vases so far, 3 of which were really cheap, either from a charity shop or on sale. But then i bought a huuuuuge one and splashed out full price, because i fell in love with it lol. It's really big and it's so unusual xx

im gonna have a look in charity shops next week but once i get the 2 hurricane vases and 2 heart vases i will have a total of about 15 i got 2 little jars from £££land hun and my 2 bigger jars from b&m's £2.99 each my 2 plastic 1's from a home bargains for £1.49 each so it hasnt really cost me too much its only the 2 hurricane 1s costing me the most xx

went to my brother and sister in laws renewal on Saturday and she had done a lovely sweet buffet and omg the amount of sweets she had and i have told her wish dishes i want to borrow lol
here it is was plenty of sweets all day long and adults enjoyed it as much as the kids did the round sweet jars on the end was stuck on spinning glass pedestal which i liked the idea of they stuck them on with double sided take and i had a go at pulling them off and was totally secure the didn't budge xx

they did say it cost a fortune lol she said some thing like a 1000 lollys were used for the tress and i know they took sweets home so they didnt run out but it did look great. im now thinking of using cups intead of bags for the sweets as ppl were using the palstic drinks cups instead of the bags and it seems to be a lot eaiser xx

yeah i have been looking at them brilly have found some green and pinked stripped ones on amazon. i know she tried to send us home with a full tree my brother as a thing about giving my kids sweets have them jumping of the walls and drive me crazy he was gutted they fell asleep before we left and went straight to bed when we got home Amelia ate that many sweets she had belly ache at one point though.
i was going to have my sweet buffet just on the night but I'm thinking of having it out all day now cos its mostly the same ppl coming from my side and most of the kids are from my side of the family and thedidn'tnt really over do it no one was sick and they had all day to run off the sugar.plus that way i can set it up the day beofre the way i see it in my head xxx

aww bless them well my son will be going home with my mil and fil so hopefully we wont have many sick kiddys on the night ive got my sweety trees ready to cover im dying to have a go but im being so well behaved i keep telling myself no lol were just gonna have it on the night time as we are in 3 different rooms through out the day til the evening so would have to move it again which by that time im hoping to be half cut lol xxx

I found Ikea is good for Vases and jars for a candy bar. Also very cheap too! A xx
