amanda started a thread asking about mixing ivory and white, the opinion was that they cant be mixed!!!!

    bad news for me!!!!
this is what I have done.......my dress I have had for years is light Ivory, BMS in aqua, theme is aqua and white - invites, flowers everything is aqua and white

then saw a bargin suit at BHS for my page boy - its ivory I got it without thinking as it was £5

havnt got flower girl dresses yet.....do I get white or ivory???? their flower things are white, it will have to be white!!!

I could just give the ivory page boy suit away - I will only loss £5 and hire him black like his brothers

Oops - I was one of the ones that said bad move lol

I actually don't think it will look too bad on your pageboy, especially if you keep the 2 brothers together, a gorgeous classy hint of off monochrome......yummy!!

When I said it was a bit, erm no, bad move I meant you've got X number of girls + bride all stood together and I don't think that's a good way to mix colours in close proximity.
I know what I mean hehehe

    It's right what they say
"The course of true love never runs smoothly"
But if it had been easy then we wouldn't love each other as
much as we do right now - 1 week to go :D

I was panicking cause the table cloths and marquee are white and I'm in ivory - I think at some point you have to tell yourself to get a grip!

if it bothers you that much, it's like you said, only a £5 loss. In fact, you could probably sell it on ebay and make a profit lol
I dont think i would mix ivory and white, cause even though it's only a small difference, it'll make a big impact on group pictures, and im fussy about colours lol ^.^ x x x
