I think that it's easier to be objective when you don't know someone. I think it's nice when people ask for help choosing between things, cos if you don't know their taste then you can't offend them, just give your honest advice. I know I've had loads of good advice on here, and you get so many different perspectives you can sometimes see the bigger picture, it's great!
