It has come round so quickly, but finally the day of our hag do is nearly upon us. We have 34 coming for a 3 hour session of laser tag in the woods.... and now apparently in the snow as well!!! I am so excited its gonna be epic! We have 3 teams, mine, the grooms and the best mans.... going up against each other in a tournement. It was meant to be bride vs groom but due to large numbers we cant all play at once :( However we have split up all the couples to be on opposing teams and it should still be a right old giggle! We have also managed to secure a booking of an area for approx 40 people in a pub / resturant / carvery... for after the laser tag so we can warm up, get fed and have a few drinks. This also means people who for health or financial reasons couldnt commit to laser tag can still come meet us for a bit to eat or a quick pint :D

cool that similar to what me and h2b want to do but we want paintball.
We were going to do paintball, but decided against it as a lot of our freinds would struggle with the hidden extra cost of ammo etc... Hence why we opted for this. Its still all done outside, on a paintball site, but was £20 all inclusive with no hidden ammo costs. In the past we have easily spent £80-£100 on paintballs.

Joanna we literally googled outdoor laser tag in our area and a couple of options came up..... the one we went for seemed to be the best option.

I am up, had sw bacon and egg sarnies for breakfast followed by a piece of pomelo fruit.... am dressed head to toe in murky brown / green apart from my daughters fingerless gloves i have borroed for the day.... they are odd so one has bright yellow stripes and one has bright pink stripes... so not in fitting with the cameo theme but hey, i may distract the opposition with my hands and then they wont be shooting at my sensor lmao..... Got my camera fully charged for some photo ops... cant wait!!!

Was brilliant! Very cold but soon warmed up when we were running around. My back is aching today but everyone had a brilliant time. My team lost :( but it was huge amounts of fun. I would defo do it again. We had such a good turn out with 34 of us in total playing, 35 turning up (1 couldnt play but came to watch and take photos) then went for a carvery / pub dinner afterwards. Had the kids come with my dad and meet us down there for dinner. Was home by 10 oclock and was well ready to crash! Sooo tired! I am so glad that we did it though, i think for us it was way more fun than seperate nights out drinking would be, it was something different and everyone had a fab day!
