    I have stayed 15 10 since Wed morning. As being poorly hasnt wanted to make me eat that much, lets see what the week holds.

    well I've lost another 1lb so thats 5lb in two weeks, fingers crossed it doesn't go on again with world cup celebrations this weekend. still on the tea and I'm following weight watchers. Good Luck everyone xx

    OMG!!!! I weighed myself yesterday and had lost another lb. Had a cheeky calzone last night which I know I shouldn't have had and now wish I hadn't. I weighed myself this morning and I have stayed the same. Ladies stay away from Calzones, they are evil. lol. Back on track today though :)

    Well done to all the girls who have lost weight and for all the girls who haven't then not to worry, we can do it :) xxx

    If theres a little weigt gain dont worry Mrs B. Might be the wrong time of the month, water retention or anything... Weigh yourself a different time
    Stay focused though and remember you might have lost an inch or 2 too :0)
    we are a team..
    I am having Chicken, couscous and peppers for dins and looking forward to it... tomorrow will probably be the same, lol! Boring... Got the nephew :0) o need something quick and easy.

    We had lamb steaks, roast peppers stuffed with couscous and courgettes for tea. We went to the cinema tonight and i had one of those new magnum golds, i wasnt impressed and i dont think baby was either, i've felt sick since. xx

    I kinda stopped the healthy eating a few days ago & darnt weigh myself, i need to get motivated to starting again as i think i was eating the most boring foods i went abit mad and ate chocolate & cream cakes & jaffa cakes are evil :( start again today. xxx

    When I make a salad I put diff things in it so it is healthy and not sooo boring... Jalepeno's, radish, peppers, coriander... All things to add a diff taste to it so I dont get bored.
    Or even oven roasted veg... mmm!
    Making me hungry already...

    nothing spurs me on more than seein what i weigh
    and there is plenty of things out there that u can eat healthy without it being boring!

    yeah girls iv lost 2 pounds since last friday!dont know how iv done it cuz iv ate so much crap this week cuz theres bin loads of bdays at work which = cakes and samosas (mmmmmmmm).also im due on in 2 days which i thought wud make me heavier oh well im not complaining just chuffed with myself.just think if id actually worked at it this week i could have done better x

    Went shopping today and even though I stayed the same weight this week I managed to fit into a very lovely Lipsy dress in a size 14!! I am usually a size 16/18. Even better it was reduced from £55 to £25. I'm well chuffed. xxx

    We shall see next week.
    I think im just going to have to get used to my figure cos its not going to change dramatically in the next 2 n a half weeks before hol!

    lol b2bnicola! u can get back on track, my mum is cooking a big roast today, gonna be hard to resist 5+ roasties lol ;) virgin might have the fitness channel?, its in the lifestyle category... I always thought the fitness channel would be cheesey, but its actually pretty good! :) plus u get to have a little gander at the hunky male eye candy :) xx

    Have dry roasted roasties, still just as nice, or get that olive oil spray as thats good too!
    God knows what we are having today, have my nephew at the mo and stepson due back from his mums at about 4.
    I'll have a look at the channels and save as favourites, lol!

    Ohhh b2n, I like cereal too, sometimes have it for lunch at work, lol!

    Good for you.
    Change what you eat all the time, plan meals for the whole week as then wont fall over the edge with temptaions..
    Another idea if have a sweet tooth.

    Fat Free greek yoghurt, spoon of lemon curd all mixed up with a crushed up meringue... Fruit is optional :0)
    Found it on slimming world once... Its soo nice even my step son loves it at 8 yrs old!!

    omg i hate running lol, im asthmatic so i always die after 10 steps lol, i was good at the roast dinner... i had one roastie, gammon (yummy) and brocolli and parsnip etc... i used to have such big greedy portions, now ive just halved them, and i eat slower, i dont gobble it down like a pig lol :)
    one tip though girlies, and i really believe this.. if you find it hard to eat healthy food etc, what i have just done is half my portion size, so if my h2b is having spag bol or chilli for dinner, ill have the same but just a really small portion, and i nibble on fruit when i get cravings :) xxx

    ooohhhh iv finally got rid of 3 lb and my midwife said aslong as i dont go to extremes just eat healthy n moderate excercise it not harmful to lose weight in fact itl help when it comes to my c section as the bigger u r the riskier the spinal block anistetic

    Its getting me down now, i had been doing real well then we went away for 2 weeks and its been so hard to get back into!!

    But I am going to try my best and be real causes from 2moro and really try walking alot more.

    Iv got a hen week in benidorm in 3 weeks and i really dont want to be the biggest person there :(

    jjono, i completely understand, i always feel like the chubby one wen im with my friends :( at a recent bbq i was the brunt of everyones jokes, coz where i'm bubbly and outgoing anyway i just took it on the chin and went along with it, but it was then that i decided i have to do this!! i cant take it anymore, some days i just want to eat biscuits and choc but i just resist, and come on here, trying to block it out lol, you can do it huni x we all can x I know how hard it is to get back into a diet once u have slipped up, but once u notice the lbs coming off, thats the insentive xxx :)

    Its so good hearing its not just me I hate it so much, I did get to a size 12 but had a leg operation on both legs h2b had to take 6wks off work to look after me and ever since iv really stuggled. When ever we go anywhere I always feel like ppl aretalking about it.Im so detremin that im doing this now.But like u said its so easy to go for the choc n biscuits, but i done it once so im sure i can try again!!I just gota blank out all the crapy thoughts and forget about what I think everyone else is thinking!!And as you said as soon as i see the rresults again it will get easyer xx thank you :)

    I have a bad weekend :( sob!
    Had a bbq on sat night and LOTS of alcohol!
    And then yesterday i had a chocolate brownie AND a chinese (but on the bright side of that i didnt have much of it cos it was rank lol)
    Sooooo back to square one!
    Got weighed this morning and ive put on that 1lb that id lost - so aim for this week is 2lbs or more :)
