Wooohooo I am so excited for you!! Magic Kingdom in Florida is where I got engaged August 2010! It's such a magical place. Last year my fiance and I spent 2 months in Florida, it was amazing! We stayed in Miami, Orlando, Tampa, St Petes Beach and Clearwater. Where are you staying, Orlando I guess? I would say DEFO do Disneys Magic Kingdom and Hollywood Studios - those are the best Disney parks! Universal and Busch Gardens are awesome too, be sure to visit Harry Potter world at Universal too (even if you're not a fan!) Just the whole atmosphere - the whole time you're there is like a dream! Both times i've been, we went to Discovery Cove. It is expensive but totally worth every penny to swim with dolphins and snorkel all day plus its all inclusive! :D Let me know if there's anything I can help with, tips etc! P.S it will be ROASTING and the humidity is out of this world! Lol. Xxx

I lived in Orlando for 13 months last year... shoot me a private message, preferably with how long you're staying, and I can help you make the most of your time. And if you have ANY questions about where to eat on Disney property... I've eaten at over 90% of current locations! I can't wait to go back there again (which I will someday). I too got engaged there... in Cinderella's castle! You will have an amazing time, of that I can guarantee! Oh, and are you going to be hiring a car? I have a million questions, all of the answers could help me give you so much help!

As I said, feel free to message me!

Busch Gardens is a theme park thats a bit further out the way but really is worth the trip if you love super big roller coasters!!! xxx

For Cinderella's castle, book as soon as you can - 6 months before. It gets full Really quickly!
Disney weddings (even renewals) are uber expensive. Be prepared to be spending more on the wedding pavillion than you are doing on the actual day!
As for the characters - I have 60 odd autographs, and I'm still missing some of the major ones. You won't be able to get certain characters as they only come out for special occasions (xmas, halloween, flower & garden festival, etc). The queues for some of them are also ridiculous, so just be prepared.

Disney was my life for a year, I miss it so much. I'm so jealous of anyone planning holidays there, I can't wait to one day go back.

We're going to Florida for our honeymoon too! Sooooooooo excited! I've been 3 times before, but I was aged 9, 12 and 14 so will be different going as a adult! Discovery Cove is a definately must if you want to swim with the dolphins! Animal Kingdom was amazing, and I loved the water parks too (Blizzard Beach, Typhoon Lagoon etc, there are quite a few)! I'm really looking forward to going to the newer water park Aquatica! Hopefully we're planning on spending a few days on the beach as well, but not sure at the moment whether to do the chilling out on the beach before or after Disney!! I love all the restaurants and shops too. Peach you will have a amazing time! xxx

defo get a hopper pass for the universal parks, the one i get includes universal island of adventure, universal studios, sea world, aquatica. defo go to disney magic kingdom just for the experience but in my oppinion the universal parks are better!! xx
