Hello everyone,

I decided that I wanted to unlock the power tools quicker so paid to become a power user a couple of days ago and no tools have been unlocked on my account yet, I have smilies and chatroom access but nothing else....can anyone help?

Is that the image at the top left and the writing at the bottome? If so the only thing that has changed is the addition of the Power User heart xx

yeah there is but I can't do anything with them yet...they are all greyed out and I can't use them :-( xx

is there something i need to activate? or some unlock email that i should get or something? xx
