sorry i meant to reply to that earlier, yes there is. im going in on saturday, and i am going to go mental. i was talking to the girls at work and they told me not to back down on what he offered me in the first place. even if i dont like the album, to make him give me it to make him at a loss..

The other avenue you could try is the Ctizen's Advice Beaureau. They are generally very good.

Do you have wedding insurance? You may be able to claim some money to get wedding photos redone depending on your cover even though you didn't pay. Mine also covers additional suit hire etc.

hubby is rubbish at complaining haha.

we don't have insurance, alex, because as i've already said, we didn't pay for it as we won our wedding and this was part of the prize. we're at no financial loss.

god help them when i go in. im planning on just going in, saying 'could i have my images on disc please?' and then saying 'you also said when i first won that i got an album, how do i go about claiming that?'

and will ask very loudly why they haven't been edited in post-production, why it took so long to get them back to me, and why he's been ignoring me for the past week. will make sure people realise.

might even walk out with my disc and say to people on my way out 'choose these guys if you want to wait a month for your below standard photo's, and then be ignored for a week dispite emailing and calling every day!'

    xx

Sorry to hear that the guy was and is still such a #####, you shops tell him straight that he's ment to get it sorted out and if he don't u will report him, it doesn't matter if you won your wedding or if you paid the guy, he is still getting paid for this, I would also report him to who ever you won the compp from to, what a horrible guy u should be treated like that on your wedding day or even now.
Hope he gets what he deserves xx

i know you won this as part of a prize from a charity raffle but still contact the charity to explain what has happened. the charity would not want their names tarnished in any way by this appauling person. they are unlikely to offer you any monetary compensation but im sure they would do anything they could to help you get a satisfactory outcome.

...And make sure you print off all your emails, and take them in as proof. They seem the sort to argue the toss at any given turn.

Btw I was meaning when you get the disc you could photoshop them yourself not on his website!!
Although he owns the copyright when you have the disc you can edit them if you want as your doing it for yourself not to resell.

Really hope you get everything sorted on Saturday xxx

    ahh oki, thanks hun.

i had another thought.. my cousin sent me a usb with all his wedding photo's on from his wedding 2 weeks before... im thinking of taking that with me and saying 'look at these. thats what wedding photos are supposed to look like, now show me 1 photo of us that is up to that standard'.

i even was dreaming about it last night.. this really isn't nice :(
