I just had a phone call from the************** and a woman told me its something to do with Ukbride and she has some vouchers for me worth £150 and she tried very hard to get me to book a home visit.

I don't know if its genuine or not as i have been scammed before by a photo shoot company that's involved with UKbride so now i have a hard time trusting these things.

Also i have not been on Ukbride for a long time so i may have missed some topics about this company before.

    Thanks :)

I had these people ring me up a while back as well. No mention of any voucher though-just asked if we had our rings organised.

Their website looks genuine enough, I haven't seen anything on the forum recently about them though.
I get lots of emails from companies who got my details through UKBride, so it might be ok? xxx

When you sign up to ukb you get asked to tick a box so 3rd party companies can get in touch and this is how these companies get members details, they are NOT connected with ukbride in any other way tho!!

Ive not heard anything about this company myself and seen nothing on the forum about them!
Maybe do a little resaerch about them find some people who have used them either by there website or ask on fb and go from there?

No matter how a company gets your details always always research before you do anything, just because the site they got your info from is ok doesnt mean they are!

Put it this way, It says it all when a company has to reach for desperate measures, and start cold-calling you like that. Reputable companies really shouldn't have to sell themselves in this way.

Ive had lots of calls from them, harrassing the life out of me to make an appointment. Emails too. Ive told them now we've sorted our rings (we havent) just to get them off my back, they were ringing really late and then at stupid times through the day. Pain in the back side!

I've had a call from them as well and I've never had calls from ukB before. I don't think I've even got my number down on here :S I'll have to check.

We had an email from them about a £150 voucher for being a member of UKBride. If you book an appointment with them, they send the voucher to your house before the appointment. Voucher is only valid if you place an order during that appointment. We had them come to ours as we wanted to compare to ******. They are a genuine company and do bring out a collection of rings. We chose to go with ***** though as they had more choice and were much more friendly. We found our advisor really pushy. H2b is adament he wants Titanium ring (which ******* had no prob with), but she went into a huge list of horror stories and kept pushing him to paladium/platinum (much more expensive!). We weren't overlly impresed with the collection they had. x

They rang me too. Got my work number from UKbride as this is the only place I've given that number.
I wouldnt recommend them. The rings were not very nice and they quoted me £650 for a 9ct white gold ring that 'they were designing especially for me' but I had seen another exactly the same for half the price.

I nearly said yes just to get her to go but to pay over a thousand pound for two rings that we didn't really like is crazy.
So she gave us a day to think about it. The woman we had was pushy.. Getting the perfect rings is one of the most important things, something you have to live with the rest of your life :) x
