I can see what you mean. I say get what you want now, you can always change it later if it ends up bothering you. But I have a feeling you won't want to do that.
CommentAuthorMrsEvans13
Thats what my H2b said, we will always renew our vows im sure and if i want a new one get it then somit has a meaning and keep my original as a keepsake :S im just not sure though, with only being 21 i love the originality of it! Xxx

im only buying a cheap wedding ring as i am sooooo bad with looking after jewelery! my engagement ring has already lost 2 diamonds and im just shockingly bad at looking after anything lol.... i have explained this to my other half and he understands, im sure the time will come and you will need to buy another, his mum and dads been married for 50 years and shes on her 3rd wedding ring xxxx
CommentAuthormrsV2013
That's almost the same as my mums original wedding ring. My mums had stars not hearts and we was both heart broken when she had to have it cut off :( if when your older and you fall out of love with it you have an excuse to get a new one

Its lovely! definitely not something I have seen before!! I say go for it, if thats what you want and thats what you love, that feeling will never change!!! Youll still love your h2b when your older so why would your feelings change towards the ring he gave you when you both became one?! x

I really like it. If you do, go for it. I know many people who have had numerous wedding rings throughout their marriage due to weight loss etc etc so its not unusual.
I actually have 2 on! I bought a 2mm as my wedding ring then decided it was too thin so bought a 4mm one. I got wed with the 4mm one but when we got home, hubby said to put the 2mm one on too so i have the 2mm one, my e ring them my 4mm one on :)
I really did marry my Mr Wright and we had a nice day for a

What a really pretty ring. I say go for it, if you don't like it in years to come you can always change it. If it was me when I got that on my finger I wouldn't ever want to take it off, x

hi, im ordering this from the kissing company
582fd21427d7f98ab37693784875adaa0dccff7f.png
but in palladium, 3 or 4 mm. I was going to get a run of the mill normal ring but i really wanted this one. Its very me! Im getting what i want now and when im older .. ill still love it. It will match my tattoos lol. I have stretched ears, Pillarbox red streaked hair, sleeve tattoos, and this matchs me. So i say get what you want and enjoy being different. If you hate it after a while you can always change it or have it melted down and made into something different so technically its still the same ring lol

Ahhh :( I'm sure you'll find something even better.
CommentAuthorMrsEvans13
What is the difference between court shape and D shape & which is supposed to be comfier? Xxx
CommentAuthorKaren22
Ah what a shame, I really liked your choice of ring.
I've got a plain court shape ring. The court shape ring is meant to be comfier because its rounded on the inside. Xxx

CommentAuthorKistHall
What about getting the ring design made from a custom jewellers. I know mine offered to do my OH design for like £150, which includes an engraving on the inside. Maybe the same could be done for you??
CommentAuthorKimD7
Best advice I ever got was...you can only make a decision about something at that moment in time so if you like it now go for it. It is gorgeous x
CommentAuthorMrsEvans13
I will look imto it kisthall thanks for the advice, also my engagement ring is 9ct white gold does my wedding ring need to be the same or could i go for palladium! The jewellers said i could but i dont know if they just said this for the sale :S ive seena. Ring similar to the picture i put up but in palladium :S thanks ladies! Xxx
CommentAuthorVelcro
id stick to the same metal personally, you dont want one ring wearing the other ring down.
Could you not just get a plain band and have the hearts etched on or something?
Wibbly wobbly, timey wimey
*Kelbel* is my wedding twinny!
CommentAuthorMrsMoran
Yeah, i'd say it's best ideally to stick with the same metal hun xxx
CommentAuthorKistHall
I don't know whether its the same with different metals, but I was told by someone that you shouldn't wear different karat rings as they wear each other down, but a jewellers and metal expert told me that its not an issue unless your talking about 24k gold, anythign less than 18k is fine to wear together (ie 9 and 14, 18 and 9 etc) as its only over 18k that the metals are really different enough to make any wearing. So maybe go and talk to an expert, look online etc for some impartial advice, it might be a similar rule or have some information or way to have it in the metal you want.
