Ok, now I've never been one to get particularly stressed, and Iv always been a pretty chilled out person. However - Im so relaxed about this wedding that Im sure I must be forgetting something important!!!

Ive been told that getting married abroad is far less stressful than in the uk but im almost driving myself crazy thinking about the wedding but not having anything to do!!

We've booked the holiday/wedding, Iv ordered my dress which will be made next yr and we've made and sent invites. I kind of feel like its abit too early to be doing anything else!

    Have I missed something important?!?!

Please tell me if u can see something that I should have probably done by now ... I've never planned a wedding beofre so I've absolutely no idea!!! (Im still not stressing tho!!)

I do think it's different when marring abroad, but i don't think you have missed anything.
Have you put your bands up....i was told the other day about this i thought it was only if you got married in this country but it's not it is also for getting married abroad. But i'm not sure when you do this.

I think maybe she is talking about the reading of the banns. You have to get your banns read in the church in your local parish (but I think that's only if you are having a religious ceremony) otherwise you need to register your intent to marry with the local council I think... But I am no expert.
