We are getting hitched on 18th October this year in a registry office. I have bought an absolutely beautiful dress from the bay of E which I have fallen in love with - it fits perfectly! My only concern is that is has quite a long train - is that too much for a registry office?? It's my 2nd Marriage, Im 40 years old - is it all a bit over the top??

No way! A wedding is a wedding, regardless of where it takes place.

Defiantly not, you have exactly what you want :) age has absolutely nothing to do with it either, I'll be 41 when I get married and it'll be my second marriage and this time I'm going all out :) have fun and enjoy all your planning. Your day, your way :)

Thanks peeps, Im sssooooo giddy about it - just didn't wanna look like mutton dressed as lamb or too flashy for a registry office - but you're all right - it's our day so who cares if anyone else thinks it's OTT - it's beautiful xx

Not way wear what you want and makes you happy doesn't matter on age, where and how many times you've been married before you deserve to feel amazing!
