I've found a few flowergirl dresses I really like but they are around the £100 mark, is this too expensive? We did find some that were £52 but they just felt/looked abit cheap and I want the girls to look amazing/feel esp with my dress being a tad expensive lol. X

If you can afford that much then no it's not too expensive.... I'd pay up to £60 each for my 2 flower girls. You have to go with what you feel is right hun x

If you're willing to pay that then no,
I'll post a link on your page to where we got ours, they are soft and well made, and total £52 each if you have the flower and sash (£39 without)

If you can afford it then get it, ours cost £28 after discount codes from m%$. I hated it in the pictures online but saw it in store & loved it :)

I originally liked a few £50 odd ones from debs then loved one for £35 in marks, as I thought I wouldn't be able to afford one from my bridal shop, then a D'zage one came up on the bay for £50 and I got it! It's whatever you're willing to spend, if you spend £100 will the £50 be needed elsewhere? Or similarly if you feel the dresses won't look good enough on the day or it's important to you how they look then spend the money, the thing I'm not good at with budgeting is deciding what I would rather have! Lol

Thanks ladies :) I've been looking at dresses for a while and always seem to come back to the same ones. At end of day I'm not looking at price tag over dress so if I find one I love and it's £30 then I'd be over the moon bout it lol. I'll keep looking for a While longer I think as would prefer to pay less so can spend money else where but if not then least I know what to expect money wise :) x

I managed to get my flowergirls dress from the market for £20 (small budget) it was a simple white dress with hoop skirt and layers. i then took it to the lady that was altering my bridesmaids dresses and she used material from the bridesmades dresses and made flowers and a sash for the flower girl dress. My little sister loved it and felt like she was a princess and because it wasnt expensive we wernt worried about her playing on the day and getting it grubby or ripped. After the wedding she still wore it ocasionally for fun. I am thankfull that little girls dont mind what a pricetag says.

I know my little ones will feel like princesses in anything ( as long as it swirls around haha) but I just want them to have dresses that go with the moh dress and wedding dress as they are little bit pricey so worry if it looks like cheap material it will look weird next to them. i'd love to find ones I love for £30 as am not after the price tag but all the ones I've come across so far look like they have bene made from cheap thin fabric :( except for the ones that were £100. wish I had known price before i decided i really liked them lol, we have just saved £200 on the rings and we are saving wherever we can so am hoping by doing this it means we can stretch to the £100 per dress although will look elsewhere for a while. would it be worth looking into getting someone to make them? as might work out cheaper but would need to be a good company and don't know of one. if anyone does please feel free to post on my wall :) x

If they are the right ones for what you want and you can afford them, then go for them. I would keep looking a while longer as you might see something else or hold out for the sales to see if they come down a bit. You have quite a while til your wedding and it could be risky buying them too soon as the kids could have a growth spurt. Also would you be worried about the girls playing in them and possibly getting them dirty during the reception? If you are, £100 may be too much to spend x

If you can afford them then it's fine. I paid £100 for our FGs dress and it was gorgeous, totally princessy and I wouldn't change it.
