We are habing chocolate heart shaped lollipops as our adult favours and I want to get them orsered asap whilst we have the money for them and also because we want to tie them with ribbon and attatch a thankyou note to them, as we will be needing 80 of these this is probably going to take some time but was just wondering with them being chocolate do you think its too early to order them? I know chocolate has a long date on it usually but not sure where to store them until the day

I have had a look on their website and it says the following..

We suggest that you order them no more than 6 months before your occasion date to ensure they are at their best on the day

So according to that it should be ok, i just wondered what others would do?

Chocolate does go white but that's normally when stored in really cold places. I don't think it's too early to order them as long as the weather isn't scorching over the nxt few months. If it's possible put them in a box and store them in the attic where it's cooler than the house but not too cold

I have finally found my soulmate
On 1st Sept 2012 I will become Mrs Curry

Ha ha my problem would be chocolate mice! Both me and h2b are addicted to chocolate and i can just imagine each of us thinking 'no-one will know!' each and every time went past the 'secret store'. On the day we would end up with just a handful left as we both sat there shamefaced! xxx

Most places Ive seen say no earlier then the 6 month mark so I'd say with 4 months to go you should be fine, but like the girls have said email them and ask them to be sure hunni!

I've got my ladies and gents favours already but they arent ediable so its ok hehehe
I have the kids little buckets and bags already but I'll buy the sweets to go in them closer to the day!
