    I'd rather have one good friend with me than lots of people I don't like or know. I've only got one adult but I do have two little ones. If the little ones hadn't have been there then I would have gone down with one happily.

    I'm only going to have one bridesmaid, my sister. I was going to ask h2bs sisters too but decided against as there are 3 of them and I cant be doing with the hassle and arguments that I know would ensue if I asked them. H2b is perfectly happy with this and we are also on a tight budget so can only really afford to have one. xx

    I'm only having one bridesmaid - partner of my h2b's cousin. We go to the pub with them so asked her to be bm. I'm an only child and only have cousins that are a lot older than me (and a son not a daughter lol)

    It always feels like other people are doing more or having better etc but its not about other people its about you and your h2b. That is all that really matters on the day so never worry about what other people are up to. What ever you decide will be perfect because it is what you want for your big day.

    I am having a few but only because I have 2 daughters who would be dreadfully upset if i didn't have them as bridesmaids! Otherwise it would just be my best mate. You do what you want, you don't have to conform to anyone elses ideas of what is normal, some brides have 7 and others have 1, it is personal choice. You stick to your one and have a fab day! xx
