is anyone else scared at all? of anythin to do with the big day? i am a lil scared of the whole thing :( every1 i know who has got married has ended up in divorce :( but also about the day im scared of walkin in the church, everyone is gonna look at me :| and the 1st dance OMG!! and photos!!!! i hate my photo taken - i can NEVER look at the camera- i look stupid! i am actually dreading these things - and i think these are some of the more important parts of the day arn't they? lol well apart from sayin i do! im not worried about things goin wrong tbh, as long as we get married and we all have a good time and a laugh i'll be happy lol whats every1 else worried about - if anything at all?

aww huni.... you should relax and enjoy it!!! everyone is there to support you and everyone will love your dance and church entrance...
the only think im worried about is my venue not being clean... went in a few weeks ago and the function room needed a good hoover and dust, however i am ocd!! xx

I can understand hun, its a big day but I agree with melvis just try and enjoy it and what will be will be!! Im scared of things being different after. a friend told me that nothing but everything changes(if that makes sense). we are in a really good place at the mo and Im not sure if im ready for things to change but I cant wait to marry the love of my life all at the same time!! I too have seen many people in my life divorce but I think this has given me the tools to see where they went wrong and how to work through those things! Its normal to be scared but hey we hae got this far so go with it and you will have a fab day xxx

sounds like you need a bit of time away from the pressures of planning. why not go for a long walk with h2b and talk about something other than weddings. your day will be great you will love it your life will be amazing don't worry

yes, i am. sometimes i am scares, sometimes im excitied and other times i just cant wait for it to be over. it is normal. try and relax and just enjoy it.
just because everyone you know has got devorced, doesnt mean you will! you love eath other and want to be together forever and that is what is important xx

We're only having a small wedding - but I'm still a bit scared. I work in a school so it's not like I'm not used to being in front of people (usually 30 teens in a classroom lol) - but I also suffer from IBS so that's one thing that's making me worried. I've already said that I'm not putting the dress on til the last minute - because I've just got the worst fear that I'll get ready, arrive at the venue - then need the loo or something lol. I keep convincing myself that there's only 18 guests and that they're all close family anyway - but I'm scared to death that's what will let me down.

aww hun i feel the same im not one for attention really so im nervous about walking into the church first dance things too, i like to blend in but think im gonna stand out just a little in a big white dress lol i was thinking about the wedding the other day and was getting excited but then got so nervous actually thinking about things like walking down the aisle im gonna be crapping myself stood outside the church lol oh god getting butterflies now just thinking about it arrgghhh lol but im sure it will be fine and as for divorce yes it does happen im not too worried about that part as my h2b has been married before and the divorce has been difficult so i know that my h2b means it as he wouldnt want to go through a divorce again and neither would i even though it wasnt my marriage ive been through every step of his divorce,im sure on teh day it will be fine though hun xxx

loola-hoop... my family will all be staying there so my auntie is going to check it first thing and make sure its up to standard.... but im gonna pop in the week before and make sure its been cleaned haha... its a gorgeous venue and tbh when weve gone in its been sunday mornings after big events on the sat nights... so that may be a factor!!
i think there will inevitably be stress in this situation, we just need to take a deep breath and realise that everyone is there to have a good time and wll all be fiiine xxx

loola-hoop I think seeing others go through divorce has just made me see how important talking to each other is, to have your own space and yet time just the two of you but mainly not to give up untill you have tried everything. My parents divorce when I was very young and I am very lucky in that they have remained very good friends but they are both honest and say that they didnt try hard enough to make it work. they both remarried and have/having problems and most of them come down to a loss of comunication! I think we all just have to remember that we never can know tat something is forever but with love and hard work we can do our best!!! Just try and enjoy it all.
Melvis, the venue being clean was never even on my mind, maybe is should be!!!! I look at these posts sometimes and am like oh s**t should I being doing this that or the other!!!!Hope it will be ok!!!
