I've been looking at invites to get a rough cost of how much it will cost us and i fell in love with the sweethearts invites with a child bride and groom on the front and the saying.... This day i marry my friend.. the one a laugh with, live for, dream with, Love.
These invites i fell in love with as i feel they are the ones for me and matt as many of you know me and matt are childhood sweethearts.
The only thing is for:- 50 day invites 60 evening invites 110 R.S.V.P's 100 place cards 100 order of services 40 menu's 110 thank you cards
All of these are professionally printed.
it will cost us £553.00
Do you think this is far too much to pay for all of this or is it a decent price. I am not crafty at all so therefore dont want to make my own as they wouldnt look right.
Any advice would be great.

Wow that's half of my whole budget lol.. There is a lot and seen as they are professionally printed I would gather that's how much they are. I don't know for certain though :) Why don't you shop around abit if your unsure and see what other prices you find :) xx

Could you get the invites done professionaly, and do the rest yourself?

What about Vista Print.. If you sign up to them for free you will get an email of things that you can get for free so you can just create them online and only have to pay the postage?

i would go for it if you really like it and if its all too expencive and you really have to cut down just cut down on the thank you cards i a sure people wont notice that they are not the same and its the words that count in a thank you card anyway x x x

Why dont you do 1 order of service on something. Like written on a mirror etc.. so then you save on those. Then Menu can go on the back of the table number ( a tip from one of the girls on here last week) also saves pennies.
Vista is brill. Place your first order then you will get an email saying bla bla bla free. I have saved about £80 just placing orders seperately. If you dont upload a pic to the invites etc it will work out much cheaper. Go on the 21 day postage as they arrive still within 7 days normally.

It's great eh? If I had known about the 21 day delivery coming within 7 days then i wouldn't have paid the extra for postage and packaging. lol. I think Vistaprint are brilliant, so many offers and really good quality by the looks of it. xxx
