Okay so I was flicking through the channels last night and stopped on some teleshopping. Anyways what was on was an Insanity workout dvd set. And it was basically 60day workout dvd and food plan. It looked great and I thought I could do it, H2B could use it. Down fall was... it costs £100.
So now I'm thinking is it worth it?
