You might all think im completely stark raving mad - but we're going on honeymoon with the future MIL and FIL!!! I honestly can't wait - they are such lovely people and good fun. They are very much of the mind set - do your own thing and if we happen to want to go out together/spend the day together then great - if not, no problem! Is anyone else doing this?? Had some strange looks when I mention it to my mates but hey - I don't care, it's our honeymoon and I intend to enjoy every minute!! ;-) xx

Egypt - they go on a regular basis, I've never been before. As they know the people at the complex very well now she say's there's no doubt that we'll be spoilt rotten when they know it's our honeymoon :-D

Sounds like a good idea if you're happy to. I know it's not quite a honeymoon but we went on holiday to Cyprus last year with OHs parents and it was lovely X

Good for you! I have been on holiday with both sets of parents - we went on a cruise. My parents were fine. We dropped his parents off at their room, and then a couple of hours later we saw them and she was in tears becuase she thought she was lost and would never find us again (or something stupid like that)!! FFS YOU'RE ON A BOAT!! As long as you don't leave the boat you'll be ok! Anyway rant over!

If you have the type of relationship where you are happy with it, then ignore what other people say. It's not like you'll be with them all the time.

If you're happy then thats all that matters. We go on holiday with my future inlaws every year but our honeymoon is the one holiday we're going alone but thats our choice. You shouldnt care what anyone else thinks. Its your honeymoon so it should be what you want :) xxx

I think its great if that's what you want to do.

H2bs sister went to Florida with the whole family her mum, bro sis gran aunt and cousins and their son who was 2 at the time They had a great time.

My MIL made a joke of how we need to follow tradition of going on honeymoon as a family well she can go run and jump if she thinks im spending my honeymoon with anyone other than H2B and maybe our ds (My mum has offered to have him for a week but we shall see what happens).

I don't like going on holiday with anyone else never mind honeymoon. Im sure you will all have a great time though

Sounds like a good idea given that they are familiar with the place. I get on great with my future in-laws but probably wouldn't have chosen to have them there, I joked that I'd tell them we'd gone to America (we're heading for the Mediterranean). It probably wouldn't have worked so well given that it's a cruise though, we'd have kept bumping into each other. It sounds like you'll have your space.
