As per my previous thread i fell in love with 2 cakes at the national wedding fair this weekend.... my mum is a chef so really wants to make our wedding cake but we wanted some slightly different and ideally not cupcakes.
Our colour theme is Red with hints of Black and White so either would work well with either red roses poked between them all or strawberries to add some colour. What do you all think?
I have told mum she has a year to perfect the reciepe now and they are chocoloate truffles in side and coated with either white or milk chocolate.

I like the white but maybe you could mix them?
CommentAuthormillz090
Yes he wants his own cake. My mum is a pastry chef and my H2B adores her cheesecake and she always makes him a little one for himself when she visits so he asked her to make our pudding at the wedding but too much off a job for mum to cook for 80 odd people on the day of her daughters wedding so she is going to make Paul his own little cheesecake instead.
anni - that is a really good idea, could mix up the colours even xxx

I prefer the white one, but maybe you could add a few layers of milk chocolate as some others have suggested? maybe one milk layer every three white ones or something?

I think a mix is best.. You could do a tier of white, milk and dark chocolate - or you could marble them - a mix of both then! xxx
