hi all, i am sorry this is not wedding related but i really need advice. i have just coloured my hair, nothing drastic just a root touch up. everything was fine until after i washed of the hair dye i realised that my scalp was tinging/ burning. its not too painful or anything, but it definately doesnt feel right!!!! any advise please???????

just an allergic reaction by the sound of it... take a few antihistamines and make sure u rinse and rinse with cool/cold water to take the itching away.make sure all product is off!!!:-)

thanks girls i'm panicking that all my hair will fall out :( ive been dying my hair on and off for the last 10 years and have never had a bad reaction god knows why it happened now?????? has anyone else had a similar reaction? x

I'm sure it won't! Just treat it nicely for a while. And yeah I've had the burning with the chemical ones - I don't use them anymore x

Mine does this sometimes, and ive used the same brand of dye for years
I now use T-Gel on my hair - cos it itches for days afterwards and this helps releive it :-)

i have bleached n died my hair for years, never used to have reactions but last time i did it my fore head swelt up! i dnt get how after using the same product for years you end up avin reactions. hope it as calmed down x

you can develop an allergy at any time hun.
if it feels weird today or you get any swelling in your face etc go and see someone immediately!
