as the title says you may have read my other post about cutting out a drink from our package and after reading some of you ladies posts i have had a complete rethink i have changed my drinks package to offer
welcome drink ---sparkling wine
toast drink --sparkling wine
wine and water on table
unlimited drinks for kids
now we have around 100 altogether including the day guests and as our numbers have now increased slightly i was thinking that if we are having our meal at around 5.30pm which is a four course meal and we are serving a substantial buffet at around 9pm would i get away with catering for between 55 and 60 people including wedding cake
please give honest opinions as im unsure about how well this will go down xxxxx
ps 10 of these people are kids xxx
