i was surpose to look for wedding dresses this weekend but im goin to have to put it off for a few weeks. i dont mind. but my mil was goin to come with me but shes been rushed into hospital early this morning with emphasma, so im goin to wait till shes better cant do it without her xxx

My ex MIL had that and although i didnt like the women i wouldnt have wished that on her or anyone
im just getting ready to go and see her in hospital just waiting for fil and bil to come as bil and his gf are babysiting the kids. good luck to him lol he'll be puting the kids to bed and its imposable at the mo as they are both in the same room till i can get a plasterer in. thankyou all xxx

just had a fone call off fil and my mil has been move to the ccu ward because shes had a heart attack so everything is on hold at the mo and dont no weather to call the wedding off or not

ah thats not good! hope shes better soon.. my nan had a MI (heart attack) in may and shes recovered well. alot of people do hun. she ll be put on a MI pathway to keep an eye on her for a few days (4), then probably take some more bloods, talk to her about whats happened and what lifestyle changes she should make.. if she has a stent put in she may be in for a few weeks while they try different meds to keep heart rate steady blood at right specific gravity.. (sorry nursey side of me coming out..) the last thing shed probably want you to do is cancel your wedding. it ll give her something to work towards and keep hold of. there is loads of advice online about heart attacks- the britsh heart foundation send you leaflets too. dont get too down and best of luck to you all x x

thankyou im hopefully goin in to she her tomorrow. they have found out that she has really bad emoniua (spelling??) too so they cant do anything till that is fine and just waiting now for her cat scan results. they said that shell be in for a least a week. but on a good note her daughter went and saw her today who hasnt spoke to her in nearly 2 years!! i still need to tell my oh hes been at work and i didnt want to worry him so tring to think of how to tell him. its gone from bad to worse she moved from th mau ward to a normal ward and now ccu ward

I wish her a very speedy recovery. It's a horrible condition to have :( The British Heart Foundation are amazing and a wonderful source of plain English information. Sadly I lost both my grandparents to myo-carditis but I would never have understood what actually happened to them if it hadn't been for BHF. Ross' uncle recently had a heart attack so I know how scary it can be. If you need to talk then please message me.
