I'm having a make up trial tomorrow and I'm sooooo excited. Found a brilliant beautician and very reasonable as trial is free and the make up on the day is £40 for me and £25 for bridesmaids. I can't wait. Hopefully will be able to put some pics on after.

to anybody reading this looking for ideas for make-up artists etc; HAD A BRAINWAVE A MINUTE AGO Local college [or uni] students that have just finished any kind of "Beauty Therapy" courses will be looking to gather a portfolio of work, and will probably be able to offer you a make up trial for almost free if you allow them to take photographs and use them in their work. You could probably achieve this for about £10. If you dont like what they've done, dont call them back. It's that simple. The best way to find out if any students are in your area, is to a) college prospectus search online for your local college or b) advert in local papers c) advert in local shops d) Fache Ache as your amtes mates daughters mate might be on a course and know people

The girl was very nice and quick and she new what I wanted even though I didn't have any pics to show her. She was very professional. My MOH had her make up done and was pleased with hers as well. So exciting :))

Thank you ladies. I'm mostly ready, only need to get bmaids dresses and my h2b needs to get himself suited and booted. Then we have to pay everybody which I'm not looking forward to :)
