i thought i would list everything i had done and sorted to see if anyone can help in case im missing anything
venue- paid menu choices and rsvp's- all received wedding dress- paid alterations booked for june 9th wedding rings- deposit paid and engraving to be chosen notice fees- paid bridesmaids dresses, shoes and accessories- paid chair covers- colours chosen and paid photographer- paid but shots not chosen flowers- paid but to be finalised cake- paid details to be finalised suits- half paid favors- paid makeup- paid
i still need to have the final meeting with the registrar and pay final balance choose music for ceremony, 1st dance and entrance and exit music
am i missing anything???

I'm guessing when you say about the first dance you are including the DJ in that bit?
