Not really, we're buying a house at the moment and (fingers crossed) will be all moved in three weeks from now. I was chatting to a friend in work about the wedding and decided to look at the venue i had chosen then got myself wound up at the prices. Why is it you put the 'w' word on something and the price doubles, if not triples at times!
Rant over haha!
Anyway... got carried away looking at lots of pretty dresses, tiaras etc! Oooh a girl can dream! xx

Wow, hope the house move goes well. We're waiting for an exchange date on the house we're buying. Mortgage all sorted and searches being done, survey done ................stressful anxious time! Have you exchanged?

No, think we're probably both at the same stage hun, so exciting though. I was getting carried away wanting a new bathroom and kitchen. Then i thought...hmmm... nice kitchen or nice dress...?

We have no choice, house we're buying is so old with the entire interior needing ripping out, new plumbing, new central heating system, gas boiler, kitchen, bathroom, re-wiring for electrics .............the works! Gonna cost us a fortune but will be so worth it as we'll have it precisely as we want it. H2B is so excited, keeps telling me his ideas ...........good great, some really silly lol.

Haha! My OH is the same, he's going to turn the garage into a gym! (he's building me a walk in wardrobe out of the box room though, so I don't mind). He's more enthusiastic about the building works than the wedding hahaha! xx

Typical bloke. We're going to turn the box room next door to the master bedroom into an en-suite. Very exciting and do some other switching round of rooms, turn the utility room into the kitchen diner as it's right next to the kitchen and huge, then the study room next to that halve it and make one half the utility room and the other into the downstairs toilet. xx

hi and nice to see you back,lots going on here and sounds like you have too.Do you still have lots to plan then? I know what you mean with weddding prices it does triple but some suppliers you can freeze prices.Not venues though.We booked ours in 2009 but had to pay the extra price rises for 2012 even though had big deposits.Photographer was good with prices though.x
