Had an amazing day and a fab honeymoon. Thank you to all those lovely ladies who kept me sane in the run up! Congratulations to those who got married whilst I was away.
We enjoyed it so much we started doing a cake course! What I wanted to know is what do you ladies want in your cakes and such? Eg fillings and sponge/ fruit cake? Need some ideas to play with :)

I know my cousin is having white chocolate mud cake which sounds delicious. Red velvet Choc/Grand marnier truffle I went to an engagement at xmas and they had marshmallow icing which was all set in peaks(spiky) was a great effect on the tiered cake. xxx

I have several intolerances and allergies, so would love to find places that do dairy and nut free cakes and can actually say they have a nut free kitchen! That would rock, as at the moment I am either going to have to bake my own or just forego eating any of my own cake, which I have paid for!!!
