Wedding Forum - I'm Back and Doing it again!...

Hiya Everyone, I don't know who is going to remember us BUT we had our Civil Partnership in May 2012 as planned. As the Topis says we are doing it all over again and we haven't been hitched for a year yet. As the Same-Sex Marriage bill looks like its going to go ahead (They have spent too much cash on it for it to be refused) We are planning to do it all over again :D In 2019 - Ten years to the day that we met and it will be on our 7th Wedding Anniversary too. This time its going to be BIG, As i have recently found some family members i never knew i had, (1 Brother & 3 Sisters) Which has given me 20 odd new nieces and nephews. Nearly bigger than our wedding first time around pmsl!
I know we have a fair few years to go yet but im too excited and Emma is already moaning at me for going on about it so knew i had to come back here to let off steam. I hope youve all been keeping yourselfs well. xx

I'm good ta hun, rather stressed out, work insanely busy, thank goodness I have a week off now for Chinese New Year. Renovating a house that H2B and I bought, hope to move in over the Easter weekend. Then things are really hotting up now with the wedding it's starting to scare me rotten and getting "stage fright"!

My back is a nightmare, on crutches alot now but i actually know what is wrong with me now which is a bonus. Married life isn't much different if im honest still get asked if we are sisters :@ Bloody annoys me haha, we brought a new puppy. Lola is our siberian husky and a total dream doggie, still loved up thankfully. Emm was enjoying not having to heard me go on about wedding this & wedding that :)

That's why im back on here, 3 days after agreeing on doing it and she is already annoyed at me :(
Unfortunately not, i have degenerative disc disease so its a case of damage limitation now, they are still investigating just how bad it is but already told i wont be able to have a op unless they manage to create fake spines lol.

I will upload a couple of pictures of both of our doggies into a album now, give me a few mins x

Last time we had hidden rainbows... This time we are going to have Stars (emms favorite things known to man)She wants purple again but id prefer blues so who knows :P

I'm new so didn't know you last time around, but I'm so glad you're getting the chance to marry. I just hope the House of Lords lets it go through first time. The great thing is you know how to plan a wedding.

I also have back problems, in my case degenerative arthritis in my spine, which had started by the time I was 25. Strengthening my core muscles and losing weight has helped, plus wearing inserts for flat feet, but like you it's really damage limitation.

Cheers Elinor, even if they dont im pretty sure we have enough years to play with lol.

I am starting to lose weight but i also have PCOS which doesnt help things. Carbs stick to me like glue and i reallllyyyy love my carbs! I hope your back isn't causing you too much trouble.

My OH is the one that likes to play with spreadsheets. I do it all with pen and paper.

just looked at your album and at your new ideas for cake - almost identical to mine except the colours of the roses will be blended :).. friend of mine is making the cake and lots of us are all making the roses which, surprisingly enough, are not as hard to make as you would think
