Thats a good selection to be honest my fav would be - Honey and mustard cocktail sausages, Cajun chicken skewers, Cheesey baked potato skins and Assorted wraps.

Assorted wraps - basically same idea as sandwiches (something for everybody) but I feel they look nicer French bread pizza selection Individual mini quiches Cajun chicken skewers Vegetable spring rolls Cheesey baked potato skins
That way there is only the chicken skewers that vegetarians wouldn't be able to eat as there is bound to be something vegetarian in the sandwiches, pizza and quiches

My H2B is doing a wedding website for us nearer the time so I'll have to mention it :) Luckily we don't have any vegetarians so that's something we don't have to worry about however we do have two guests with a gluten intolerance :/

Gluten intolerence is rough, will the venue you be able to do something for them. TBH I have a friend that has gluten trouble and I'd probably bring something in for them that I was 100% sure is gluten free.

Okay, here's mine. This is based on me being able to eat anything (I wish):
Assorted wraps Honey and mustard cocktail sausages Breaded garlic mushrooms Individual mini quiches Vegetable spring rolls Spicy potato wedges
However, I'm intolerant to dairy and partner is intolerant to wheat and dairy, so we wouldn't be able to eat anything from your list. I would speak to the venue to do something separate for the two guests with intolerances.

If it was me I'd go for wraps, sandwiches, chicken skewers, lamb samosa, mini quiches and spicy wedges.
But then i'm pretty much a vegetarian! Just make sure that within the "assorted" and the "selection of" items you get a say in what the selection is! As a near vegetarian it's a pain when all sandwiches are chicken or beef! x

Honey and mustard cocktail sausages - would pick normal but seasoned. Not everyone like mustard as its a strong flavor.I would maybe pick one of the other items overall as they will be more substantial in terms of filling people. Breaded garlic mushrooms - avoid... can go very soggy.
