Hi guys i am fairly new to uk brides. hope everyones planning is goin well. I was wondering if anyone had good ideas for thank you gifts, I have 4 bridesmaids 4 flowergirls 2 ushers and a best man plus al the family who are helping set up and have the kids etc. does anyone know of nice but relatively cheap gift websites i can use. thanks guys. candy xxxx

Hi Candy, welcome to the site lots of nice ladies on here to help you. I think there's a few threads around with some ideas on as well. My 2 bridesmaids I've got watches for from debenhams but i think some girls buy them a nice jewellery set for the day. Men are harder! I'm sure you'll get lots of help on here.

We had just one bridesmaid - and bought her gold earrings so she could wear them for the wedding as well. We bought our best man and usher a gift card each for 'game' as they're both mad on computer games and computers (thought it was better than a tankard or anything, as that would've just been put to the back of a cupboard). For my mum and mil we ordered a bouquet each and presented them to them at the reception, after the speeches.

I'll be doing the same for mine Kev's Angel, hampers for the BM's, the mums are getting bouquets and i'm leaving it up to h2b to sort out the usher and the best man! A dangerous thing to do, but i'll keep reminding him closer to the time!!
Flower girls I've got personalised name bracelets from the bay, only £11 for the two - adult bridesmaid I'm getting a nice silver necklace to wear on the day :-)
