Hi ladies, so as you know I saw my dress for the first time today but now I'm totally stuck on wha kind of jewellery to have. The pics on my profile really don't do justice to the detail on the dress. The ivory at the bottom is covered with gold embroidery as is the bodice so I think gold jewellery will be too much plus my wedding ring is white gold. But would silver be too much of a contrast? Also, I'm very petitie so can't have anything too big. I'm really stuck for ideas!

'm not a huge fan of pearls although the lady n the bridal shop recommended them too. Maybe if i could find something with pearls in ii, it could work but I don't want all pearls (a bit mumsy for me!)

On the pic of your dress the model is wearing a necklace but we can't realy see the details, have you got a beter pic so that may give you an idea.
The jewelery on your page is realy nice and would look nice with you dress, but you can also try the same kind but with red and ivory bits so it will match the colour of your dress.

Thanks everyone. Theres a better pic on the maggie sottero website. Search for amara royale (hope I can put that on here??). You can then zoom in to see the detail.

PS - not sure what is up with my keyboard today but It keeps missing letters! I'm not dyslexic!

Ok that looks like diamante and pearls - there are some similar sets like that on bay of e! I am not really big on pearls either but am thinking about getting floating pearls which are really different - I think that would really work with your dress as it is not heavy jewellery but there is enough of it to provide a similar look. Hope that helps xx

how about a lovely swaroski heart, they come in all sizes and the chains are not too bold, l love swaroski jewellery, if you go into the swaroski store and have a look the hearts come in various colours gold, pink, clear, green, blue ect ect, so you would have a little bling which isn't too imposing and looks stunning as well, they do earrings and bracelets too hope you find what you are looking for xx

I will send a link to you hun I got a beautiful entwined hearts one from an online shop. One heart is gold the other heart has swarovski crystals, it was inexpensive but looks very much the part, you can get them in gold or silver, I chose the gold one for myself as I have gold embroidery through out my dress and silver for my bridesmaids

Let me know what you think x
