I had not really planned to have a theme or go crazy on decoration, but the more I think about it, the more I like the idea of an English fete theme. Apart from bunting can anyone think of things (either outside of for inside and the tables) that might work for this theme?

Claire - you are a genius! I am going to ask people to fashion an animal out of a vegetable or fruit, and judge the best. I once made a broccoli poodle, which was pretty special, even if I do say so myself!!
