    Hello Ladies

I had not really planned to have a theme or go crazy on decoration, but the more I think about it, the more I like the idea of an English fete theme. Apart from bunting can anyone think of things (either outside of for inside and the tables) that might work for this theme?

    Cheers!

do you remember that 'smack a rat' thing? when it was dropped down a pipe and you had to whack it as it came out?

Ooh, that's a great one! Very easy and cheap! (Although someone will have to either count the sweets in, or spend an hour counting them at some point during the wedding!)

haha! I might have pass the parcel at my party next saturday. Chris has been instructed to do the music, and also that if I don't get the pressie in the middle he will be looking at the business end of a 30-year old, tipsy hissy fit! But ssshhh, don't tell anyone.

Claire - you are a genius! I am going to ask people to fashion an animal out of a vegetable or fruit, and judge the best. I once made a broccoli poodle, which was pretty special, even if I do say so myself!!
