    Instead of having a wedding cake we are having lots of different sized cupcakes and then a single tier on the top to cut however H2B hates icing and has a severe nut allergy and I'm trying to think of substitutes so that he can have a couple of the cupcakes. x

    Butter cream icing, Whipped Cream icing, and Cream cheese icing have no nuts & taste great :)

    Maybe it's just me but I don't think marzipan belongs anywhere near a cupcake!
