Wedding Forum - I want to big my H2B up!...

I feel like I'm truly blessed to have Ross in my life for many reasons - he's been my best friend for nearly 15 years, for 13 of them he waited until I stopped being an idiot and noticed he could actually be more (now that's staying power lol)
He's stood by me unquestioningly through what was the darkest hour of my life, when everyone else got up and left he was the one with kleenex, huge hugs and shoulders ready to be soaked.
He's a man of few words but listens to everything that gets said around him - I can mention things in passing and then months, sometimes years later he'll remind me of it. Usually I'm like "You mean you remember that? Strange boy"
He has this knack of knowing what to say and when to say it - that doesn't mean he tells me what I want to hear, he tells me the truth, sometimes I 'hate' him for it but only because I know he's right!
We have NEVER spoken a cross word once. Of course we disagree on things but never to the degree that one of us will spit our dummy out, we talk, sometimes it takes months to find a resolution, but we always manage it.
He is decent and honest and trustworthy and he'll do anything for anybody!
He's mine and Honey's 'honourary girl' He sits through chick flicks with me and I do catch him crying (especially Ghost - gets him EVERY time!!) He lets Honey cover him in make-up and nail varnish, then we both pin him down and put ribbons in his hair. He 'protests bitterly' truth is he loves it!! lol
He'll cook and do the washing up off his own back if I'm not feeling too great, then when he's done the chores he'll make me a cuppa and sit cuddling me.
He has such a playful side - talk about 30 going on 13 :P We'll do craziness like going to the playpark and make the kids look boring, loves it!

I'm honoured that this gorgeous, amazing, wonderful, loving soul has chosen me to be his wife and the mother of his child(ren) I never believed it possible that I could love a man as much as I love my Ross or that a man could love me as much as he does. I thank my lucky stars each and every day that fate brought him my way :)

Your last part there, if you are looking for writing & reading your own vows would be amazing hun.

I am glad you found the one person you could never be without, it's truly wonderful when you meet & are with the one that completes you in all ways.

It's amazing - I always laughed at the "there's someone for everyone" and put it down to some poetic nonsense of a romantic fool - then Ross did a number on me lol
It is a case of don't settle for someone you can live with, you hold out for the person you cannot live without :)
