Ok, so i took the plunge and ordered my rather expensivewedding shoes, there was lots of debating what to do as i have read a lot of mixed reviews regarding size and size conversions, euro to uk sizes were all a bit different and the shop said that the size i wanted was 8.5-9 yet other shops that sold the brand said it was an 8. My problem is that i have big wide feet and shoe shopping is painful for me, it gets me so down because nothing fits and if it does then it's not a very nice shoes. Other reviews said their shoes were a bit on the small side so had to go a size up and others were true to size...etc etc...
So i received the shoes today and immediately opened them up and was blown away by them, they are a bit weird and wonderful and that's what i like! I have never ever had this feeling of happiness of trying a beautiful shoe on and it fitting so when they fit me i could hardly breathe! I am so in love with them and i just want to wear them forever, i think i love them more than the dress i want!
The problem is now that i have found these shoes and i know they do my size i think i'm going to become hooked and there could be a possibility that i fall in love with another pair and may want to wear those instead...well it's not really a problem, spoilt for choice haha?! I am already a collector of their bags so i guess it'll be shoes now too. I also love the fact i can wear these shoes again after the wedding.
They are not going to be to everyone's taste but here they are!!

They fit perfectly!!! i ordered the biggest size they do which is 43 and i'm about an 8/9 in newlook shoes, more to the 9 but depends on the shoe. So these will fit you if you're an 8 but i would suggest getting a 42 if you are an 8 as my feet are wide and i have enough room for comfort.

They will be hidden by the dress i've seen slightly but i intend to show them off. I'm 5"10.5 so the dress i want is not going to touch the floor or else i'll look like a skyscraper!

Oh good you can't have shoes like that and not show them off I'm five foot 9 so have had to go mid heel as don't want to be taller then h2b but have gone full length

Well these are about 3 inches high even though they don't look it, they are a bit of a hidden heel. I can run and jump in them too which is a bonus (my shoe test sounds weird but i think if i can do that in a shoe then it's a good shoe!!) I love anything that is a bit different! H2b is the same height as me in them without him having shoes on so when he's got some on he'll still be taller :D

There are tons on there that are a small to mid heel! I don't think they have to suit the dress, i think they have to suit the personality ;)

I think they are lovely, in fact I might have a look at IC for shoes as I also have wide feet and am struggling to find something nice... all the ones in wide fit I have seen are very dowdy and old fashioned!!

I love irregular choice shoes and think if you can find some that go with your dress they make amazing wedding shoes, I'd like some but haven't seen any that are just right yet....

Mine will go, i will make them go!!! I think they suit who i am, people ask to see your shoes at a wedding and they will most likely say something like "trust you to have shoes like that laura!" so i'm staying true to form :D
