Hi all! I've found a place along the way to our venue which has beautiful grounds but is a nursing home run by St Augustinian nuns. I want to ask them if we could have some pictures taken in their grounds in return for a donation. The problem is I don't know what to write on the email?! Any tips? TIA Love xxx

I was on the way to a meeting at my wedding venue ( insert place name ) when I noticed that you have the most beautiful grounds.
Would it be at all possible to have some of my wedding photographs taken within your property, I know that you run a nursing hope and I wouldn't want my request to disturb any of your residents so will quite understand if you say no.
I would be more than happy to give you a donation to help with the fantastic work you do if the taking of wedding photographs would be possible .
