Well I have bought myself some clear glass for my glass painting from a couple of charity shops (PICS OF FINISHED PAINTED GLASS IN MY PHOTOS!)

I was going to buy a plain veil for £10 and add some bits to it to make it my own.
Well my H2B and i were looking for some more glass for painting for my centre pieces and there was a wedding dress in the window! with a veil.
I looked at it and it was £7.99 with a tiara,. i looked for the tiara and couldnt find it so i asked the lady in the shop and she said it was sold so she brought the price of the veil down to £2.99!!!
Its better quality than the one i was going to get for £10!!!

Im sooo pleased with my find!
I would have tried the wedding dress on if my H2B wasnt there as it was in my size and only £50!!

Any ladies in aberdeen looking for a wedding dress still there is a size 12 down at the castle gate!!!

I've just had another nosey at your centre pieces and you've really done a fantastic job. They look incredibly professional and I really do think your guests are going to be so shocked when you tell them that you did them all yourself.

    VERY pleased!!

    cost me so little!!

    79p for flutes
£5 for two pots of paint which will do me all the centre pieces!
99p per sheet of butterfly outlines which i have spent £4.95 on already
£22.43 on 8 pieces of glass for centre pieces and i will only need a couple more pieces!

So so far that is £33.17 althogther!

Considering i was being quoted that and more for one centre pieces i think its a very good bargain!!

Really good! Where did you buy the outlines from? I've got loads of small glass baby jars, that I was thinking of putting tealights in and I would love to have a go myself

    Well done KATG!!!
My dress is costing £800! My mum is buying it for me.
If the one i saw in the charity shop was a similar style and my H2B wasnt there i may have gone for it as £50 is a steal!!
