*Give her a list of all your surppliers, she can then chase them up to make sure they are doing what they are supposed to be doing for when you need it.
*If you can't find something or need something doing then let her know what and she can source some ppl out for you and maybe even get you her surpplier discounts.
*Have her organise your surppliers on the actual day so that they turn up when they should do what they need to and leave so you dont have to do a thing except drink bubbly while getting ready!
*Get her to talk to your venue and get them both to go over your whole day in minute detail and then they can liasion on the day to make sure your day goes off without a hitch
