i dont want to wait until next july! i know i have to as ive paid for it all now and i moomin is due in november so its best to wait...but i dont want to! *sits on the floor pouting and crossing her arms!* im jealous of the girls here getting married soon and one of my best friends is getting married in june! i was looking forward to getting married in november and had to move it which was devastating for both of us! grrrrrrr....sorry for the childish rant! does anyone else feel this way? x

I'm not too bad now... but I got engaged in september 2008! I've watched friends who have been dating less time than I've been engaged get married- NOT FAIR!!!!!!

we moved the date back because i wrote the car off and we didnt think we could afford it this year, but then the car ended up paying for the wedding...but its technically a good thing, because moomin is due the week the wedding should have been!

i know last year when i was about 14 months away from my wedding i kept thinking,its not fair,one of my friends got married last june and i so wished it was but,,but as it happens my time has come around so so so fast,,time really has flowon past,iv got 7 weeks to go now,still feels like ages but at the moment the weeks are just zooming by for me,,your day will be here soon enough hun trust me x~x~x

we would have got married this year if we could have afforded it but we cant, so got to wait till next august, but we know that it will be worth the wait, but i would have so liked it to be sooner and i do feel jealous of the girls getting married this summer, but it will soon pass, it will he here before you know it :)

Just think this time nest year we will be close to having our weddings and there will be people jealous because their dates are so far away..... plus you will have a ickle baby all sqidgy and squashy and cute, lol. (think of the bridesmaid dress/pageboy suit, nevermind the fact that moomin won't be walking)xx

yea, I think I may too. my lil lady is flowergirl (although the most probable reason for me crying over her is because I can't get her in to the blasted dress, lol) and my lil man is page boy and he's going to be wearing the same suit as his daddy. xx

I get frustrated because we were actually supposed to get married last July but his mum threw a total wobbler because she thought we hadn't known each other that long - fair enough we'd have been getting married on our 1st anniversary BUT we'd have known each other for 14 years.........but yeah, 14 years isn't a long time to know someone LOL
On the upside though we'll have cute little babas on our big days :)

he already shares his birthday with his younger brother, so hes hoping it doesnt come until a bit later aswel! luckily working in childcare im getting loads of things given to me and stuff so i dont have to do a lot in terms of baby things and the wedding has been sorted since the end of jan. i just need to get bm dresses, pay for my flowers at the end of the yearand our notice of marriage in feb!

yea i kept sayin "oh theres plenty of time" but ther isnt now. aaaarrrrrrrggggggggggghhhhhhhhh. haha. i hav got evry thing sorted tho all my deposits r paid and ppl booked. its just to pay for now. although i am havin a it of stress wif my bridesmaids dresses. we gettin them frm bhs as carls mam wrks ther and wen she went to get them last week they wer al out of stock. we goin back next week and they told me they r gettin a big order in at the end of april so keep ya fingers crossed for me xxx

planning a weddin puts such a lot of stress on a relationship i think, especially wen you doin it all urself. carls parents r payin 4 the bridesmaid dresses but we doin the rest ourselves and i hav organised evry thing by myself. i hav suprised myself at how organised i am its really not like me lol xx

@ tigerlily - well fingers crossed moomin comes a bit later then. Seeing as I'm on #2 I've realised that a lot of the stuff I got Honey as a baby was a bit extravagent so financially I'm better prepared for Squigglet. Think all we actually need to buy is clothes and a travel system, Ross is a carpenter so he's wanting to make the cot, high chair, toys etc - bless him :)
@ mrsmada - I chuckle when people say "You've got 16 months, don't worry yet" inside I'm saying to myself "well actually knock 9 months off that" I know once Squigglet is here it'll be wedding? What wedding? Trimmed so much of the 'fancy' bits down, timewise it's just not practical anymore!! Everything crossed for your dresses ;)
@bobbysgirl - just take a step back, you've got over 2 years. Enjoy your relationship for a little while THEN go Bridezilla lol

i cnt wait i wnt it to be here already and a mate of mine (we aint that close mates) got pregnant ( due in may she was a total slag b4) decided it was gna be one blokes baby (even thou it mite not be she is gna fix a dna test) and now has a RAF house and getin married april, i know i shouldnt be but im soo jealous coz she has everything i wnt within the space of not even 9mnths, i moaned to myy sis bout it and she sed u never no it mite all go wrong and it wnt work if she is lying bout the dad x
