ok were getting married at 3:30pm and iv got to give our photographer a timetable so he's aware of the day..... would appreciate opinions on this???
3:00pm grooms arrives at reg office 3:20pm bride arrives at reg office 3:30pm GET MARRIED :D 4:00pm photos in the gardens (will only have about 20min b4 next party come out) 4:30pm evening guests arrive at reception 4:40pm bride n groom arrives 4:45pm till 5:30pm various pics outside on grass lawn (photographer said to allow 5 mins per pic) 5:45pmish toast and speeches 6:15ishpm cutting of the cake (photographers pics) 6:30pm dj begins for 30min set 7:00pm buffet opens 7:30pm ish 1st dance.
any other suggestions 4 timings are very much appreciated. x x x

just wasnt sure about the bu not being till 7pm when the actual weddings at 3:30pm am guessing most people will have had there dinner b4 they come so shouldnt be 2 bad just wasnt sure about havin the half hour of disco b4 food n also havin the cake cuttin staright after speeches

we are same weddings at 3.45 and we are having buffet at 7.30,most people will av eaten so dont worry.x

The only thing I would say is either increase your photo times or be highly organized with a list and make everyone stand waiting until called. If people start to wander off it can hold things up and your photos are the one thing you have to look at after the day so you don't want to rush them. Have a clear idea in your head of the shots you want and make a list for the photographer so he can make sure you haven't missed anything out.
