so basically they did end up leaving without saying goodbye to me, and they left the door open - which theyre not allowed too cos we're on a front street and i work upstairs so them leaving without letting me know leaves me vulnerable.... but obv i heard that theywere going to leave so i waited 5 mins then shut the door lol.

my dad came back into the office and i told him everything.
i told him useless points of the conversation like the kitchen guy is coming at 11am to one of their houses just to prove to them that i did overhear everything.
but i told him i listened to them from 4:15 till 4:45 not doing 1 single piece of work and that they were discussing puttin 445 as the time that they left.
i also told him that i dont appreciate being called incompetent and for a manager to be nice to my face then disrespect me to a lower grade member of staff is bang out of order and im not puttin up with it.
ive asked to be treated as a member of staff and not his daughter and i want something done about it.

checked with bossdad and hed told her to write down her hours (as its been since she started working here) so i was definately in the right, and he also informed me that the manager involved also had a talk with him on friday gone regarding her writing down the hours - so they both knew she had to do it!
its not like shes singled out tho cos everyone gets paid by the hour so everyone has to hand in how many hours u work each week!

oooo no v43 this girl involved basically 2 months ago got disciplined cos she was found out *by the manager involved in this situation* that she was claiming at least 10 hours extra a week that she wasnt working so she was in trouble with the bossdad as its fraud... since then bossdad and manager have been keeping a close eye on her to make sure shes doing her work. she knows i wasnt involved in that situation though, im just the one who pays the wages and produces reports and shes been fine with me up until yesterday.

my bossdad is going to deal with this today so ill let you's all know what happened!

i hate the manager shes caused soooo many problems for this company - and is currently doing a qualification within work hours that has NOTHIN to do with the job shes employed to do so shes basicallly making a mug out of my bossdad!
and that other lass i quite liked, she was alright (bar the fraud) but obv now i know her real feelings towards me.

Ive worked here 2 years and ive never had a problem - i know its going to be difficult for my bossdad to deal with but i just hope he doesnt brush it under the carpet like he does with most things in this company!

i'm so sorry that you had to put up with that behaviour some people are really immature and if they are skipping work to have a natter then that is where the incompetence lies, hope it gets sorted for you :-)

my bossdad had a "talk" with the manager
and she completely defended everything that she said about me..... and that was it!!!! it was dropped!!!!

so evidently not only can she get away with doing no work cause shes too busy with college work (college work that every other staff member does in their own time), she can take a day off without letting anyone know and still get paid for full weeks work she can now get away with taking the p i s s out of the boss' daughter who happens to be a manager herself!!!!!!

i think id be a little annoyed as well....its just not on at all. I ope your dad sees sense and sorts her out!
