Hey fellow Brides to Be

In the last two weeks I have been so excited about getting married! I can not wait for my big day, which is on 12 weeks on Friday!

12 weeks to go and its all becoming very real! 13/14/15 weeks away seemed far/loads of time, now just a little over 12 weeks its like arghh...only 12 weeks to sort everything! As well as being excited, I am also very nervous! I do not like being centre of attention, i like to slip away in the background and not be bothered by anyone! I know Im going to hate everyone looking at me and be a little bashful maybe as i walk down the aisle....but on the other hand i am SO EXCITED!

I am looking forward to slipping on my dress and feeling a million dollers, looking forward to seeing my handsome groom, beautiful bridesmaids and it will be fab to see my mum and dad all dressed up in their outfits as i never seen them in formal ware.

There are a few things i still need to sort out;

Need a guest book - any ideas on where to buy?

Gifts for MOB/FOB/MOG - will get the mothers a small bunch of flowers and i need something else....? So far our thoughts are gift vouchers (H2B idea) or my idea would be a lovely photo frame so they can put our wedding photo in when we get them?

Best Man - H2B hasnt a clue - (why do we marry men?!!)

Need to find a reading

Music - getting married/reception/breakfast in hotel - need music while guest are waiting for me, my walking down the aisle music and wedding breakfast music

Oh dear i have realise there is quite a few things i need to get on with....Anyway girls, have a great days and any ideas would be fab!

hi, its not that much to do compared with how long the list was when you started lol, guest book look on ebay, photo frame sounds good, loads of threads on here for wedding music so have a search, not sure about the reading wouldn't know where to start with that one so not much help sorry

I am just looking on the bay and alot of the personalise ones...my mum can do as she is fab with crafts! I think i will ask her if she can get a plain guest book and personalise it for me...and if not (im sure she will!) i have found one on the bay so Thankyou for the idea!

I am having a civil cermeroy in a hotel...H2B was totally against a church wedding. I was happy either way!

I know i do not have as much to organise as i did have when i started out but when i think about what i need to do still i do panic a little bit!! Right i think its time i made a list, search this site for ideas and get in control!

Im sooooo Excited!
