my h2b isnt motiated either - he is the same. I asked my mum what to do and she said to not include him in the decisions for the smaller details and just stuff like, his suit, the venue and maybe food. everything else just make the decisions yourself with maybe the help of your bridesmaids. The men dont really seem to be tuned into the planning of things and it makes them panic!

    Rocket up backside?

I'm lucky mine loves getting involve with the wedding and is even helping with the invites etc. Some men just don't like it and its not worth trying to change them. If he is happy to take a back seat then let him and just keep him up to date with what is going on just to make sure that he isn't feeling left out. It may be that he doesn't want to stop you from having the day just how you want it and he is happy to see you have it your way. If you want some help then you have us girls to bounce ideas off or you can use your friends and family.

We've agreed that I will do all the research and find different things/prices etc.. and then just go to him for input for the final decision so that way he is involved with everything but not getting terrified at the whole business :P
