I have no idea how much to budget for centre pieces! I went to a wedding fair last week and saw the perfect centre pieces but they were £70 per table for the company to do it. They were beautiful though! A sequined circle shape runner with a tall glass vase, 3 smaller gold mercury vases and 3 gold tealight holders. The tall glass vase and gold mercury vases had flowers in them. That's another thing, I have no idea how much flowers cost! I could probably source the vases myself but I'm unsure how much it'd cost to source the flowers myself. Thanks for any help.

Would you want real flowers or fake? You can get some nice fake ones on the bay cheap

Ooh those are lovely Emmilou. We're having hurricane lamps with candles in so they were pretty cheap at £15 each xx

I'm happy to have artificial flowers. Been looking at them online in the last couple of hours and I think I may do all flowers myself! I've seen the tall vases for £10 each but I'm sure I could find cheaper.
Defo keep looking around, £70 a table sounds a lot, then if you buy them you can get some money back after by selling them on

We've spent about £35 per table, and even that was more than we were originally hoping to spend. That's only for 5 tables though so it's not too bad once all added up - even 5 tables is a generous estimate as we will most probably just have the 4, plus the top table which will have different decorations to the rest.

I priced up ours and it came to £15 but have changed my mind and thing it will be cheaper now but not sure. £70 seems very steep to me.

£70 seems an awful lot to spend- there are loads of shops like r@ng3 that sell a variet of candles and holders cases etc to make your own or the bay, some real bargains out there at the moment :-)

Wow £70 is very steep!
If I can remember rightly ours were less than half that.

Ok so I'm definitely doing my own! Found a few really cheap websites and I reckon I could do the same for roughly £35-40. Still not the cheapest but they're just sooo pretty :)

£3 each but we're just having fish bowls on mirror plates with floating flower heads x

Ours is £20 for each fish bowl which includes ivory and pale pink carnations and roses (to tie in with our bouquets) with turquoise grasses inside xx
