We're paying £1600 for ours- the package was originally £2000 but my dad haggled him down.

We're getting one photographer (I wanted two but my parents were adamant that we couldn't possibly need more than one) from getting ready to after the first dance. The package also includes a Graphi photo album (a really big one at that!), three parent books, 8 A6 albums for bridesmaids and family and a CD with copyright with all the images. He's also thrown in some really adorable tiny albums- we've got ten of those to give out. Oh, we also get 50 personalised thank you cards.

£500 for coverage running for five hours, from start of ceremony to first dance. Any additional photos before/ after can be done by other talented guests if they feel so inclined!

It costs about £250 for a really decent large album.

He's a really talented photographer who has won awards for his landscape photography and it sounds like he's really busy. We're pleased to have him. We've already bought some of his landscape work and we've seen the albums he's done for others and we're happy that he's the right person for the job. We turned down a friend of the family who made a bid just because we would prefer someone to be able to focus solely on the photography. And we felt that our chosen photographer had a real eye for the story - not just looking for a perfect picture.

We feel we are in safe hands and we have built up a good rapport with him. We did not try to haggle him down since we felt the price was reasonable to begin with and it would have been insulting in this particular instance. I have a budget and we are definitely within budget. :-)

ours is 850 (more than we wanted to spend) but for what we get and we really like the company so we decided this would be the thing we would spoil ourselves on. we get photography, album (so nice), a pre-wedding/engagement shoot, with printed and framed picture, 2 parent albums, 100 thank you cards and envelopes, our favorite wedding picture printed and framed, and a cd with all our pictures on for our own use. this was £750 with a dvd of pictures, but instead of this we wanted the printable cd and he said since its a special offer and we wanted to edit it this would be 970, but we got him down to £850

Ours is costing us £1700 and we have got two photographers, we had our pre wedding photos.

He is also recording our vows and our speeches. I cant remember what else we are having as we booked him so long ago. I got a list of photographers as we wasnt sure who we wanted and gave them to a friend of mine who is a wedding planner and she told me to go for this one if we could afford him.

I fell in love with his work so I had to have him lol our photographer is the most expensive thing that we have got for the wedding so far.

Ours is costing £500 for a whole day package (from bridal preparations-first dance) and then all photos on disk and 1 album... wedding photography is a difficult one..because its probably 1 of the most important things as once the days over, its all you have left apart from memories of the big day..but with that said, some photographers charge extreme prices that arent really neccersary...they just cash in on it, because it makes you think they are better than others if they are charging ££££'s more (my friends a photographer and told me this)

Aslong as potential photographers show you albums of peoples WHOLE day then you know they are consistant.....if they only show you a select few pictures..then they probably arent good.. 1 lady turned up to show us her pictures..and had literally just bought the best pictures she had from different weddings..and no offence but anyone can get a couple of good pictures from a whole day lol xxx

Mine is costing me £450, he is hte phographer for the local paper and does professional pictures, he is doing bridal prep through to first dance, he will give me every single photo he takes with full copyright which he would normally charge £2000 for and then my friends husband is going to edit them and print off a photobook for free for me.
My mum didn't have a photographer when she got married 4 years ago, she just asked everyone to bring cameras and email them to her after the wedding and then had loads of disposable cameras, there isn't a single picture that she wished she had that she doesn't have and they are all fantastic, really captured the fun on the day.

OUrs is 500 (+30 for fuel). My boss's dad is doing it for us at a reduced price (usually 900!). Thats for bride getting ready through to start of evening reception (we didn't want a photographer for the evening as having a caricaturist). Thats including all images on a dissk for us to do with as we please, and an album. We didnt actually want an album but he's quite old fashioned and said we have to have an album so hes throwing it in for free!

For the evening do, we are asking people to take pics (lets face it most people have digi cameras or really good phones these days) and email them across to us. xx

I'm paying £270 for bridal prep through to first dance, plus a studio shoot afterwards. It was a groupon offer so package should have been around £1000. Before we saw the offer we were going to either get limited coverage as it was out of budget, or get a student to do it.
