Hope I've put right category.
We've been thinking about bridesmaids, flowergirls, ushers and pageboys. And abit stuck into who we have. My partner has a daughter from previous marriage ( mother like a yoyo and at the moment chances of her letting their daughter attend is approx 1 in a million but she'll say she will n let us spend out the money and plan it all around her for her to just not be there on the day. I'm hoping by the time wedding here the relationship between us and oh daughter will be better and the money doesn't bother me its us wanting her there and feeling like she won't be) anyway that's issue 1. We also have a daughter of our own who will be a flowergirl and think I'm going to have a friend as head bridemaid. But not sure about who else, as I'm 1 of 4 and currently have 1 nephew on that side and OH is one of 7 with 1 half sister he talks to totalling 6+ 1 on the way niece and nephews but OH two youngest siblings are same ages as few of the nephews so it gets all confusing n stressy. So do we pick n choose which ones, have them all have none of them and just our own children or do I pull my hair out lol x

I'm 1 of 6, my bloke 1 of 4. With 1 daughter. And 1 niece and 2 nephews.
So we've got 4 bridesmaids & 1 MOH (best friend of 15 years)
2 Flower-girls
2 Page-boys
3 Groomsmen

No ushers as of yet, we're thinking Uncles.

We will squeeze everyone in!

To us it's a massive family event and we want everyone involved!
We went to my bloke's brothers wedding, (who we know longer talk to), who got his family to pay for everything, then told his sister she was no longer bridesmaid, my bloke no longer best man, and his own niece no longer flower girl. And only his vile missus family was involved. It was a horrible day and nobody talks about it to this day, and him and his nasty missus are certainly not invited to ours. So it's even more of a mission for us to include everyone.

I only have two brother's and no nieces or nephews yet (one due in Jan) but on my Oh's side he has two brother's and one sister, each have a few kids between them total being 10! and he also got stuck on who to have involved but decided on just a few, he is having both his brother's as ushers, his son (from previous) pageboy, Uncle is best man (not the greatest choice) and I am having our daughter as flower girl, one adult bridesmaid and one chief bridesmaid and asking his sister to do a reading :) xx
