ive planned for 8/9 per round table 10 i think would be a bit squashed and for the head table will be myself the new wife her mam and dad my mam and dad chief brides maid and best man

Thats up to you and your venue to decide, depending on your preference and what they can accommodate. We're having 6 tables of 8 but our venue could do table of 6, 8 or 10 x

I need t find this out to will have to when I visit my venue see how many table they have and h0w many fit on each table so I know how many center pieces I will need and for my top table it will be H2B & I and our lil one fingers crossed with my mum and dad on my side H2B mum and his sister and her H2B and there wee one 2 so 9 can you have a top table of 9 as I would want wee ones with us =D ♥ X will have to wait and see

I'll have to wait til get venue then lol. But do think 10 too crammed, my oh dad passed so do I leave a space and have his picture or have it odd( dont like that IDEa) or have someone else there. Aaaaaa I dunno x

Our tables can fit 10 at a push, but we're going for 10 tables of 8 (although the venue has suggested that we mix it up with some of 7 and others of 9 as sometimes you can't seat certain people together and keep an even number). Ask your wedding co-ordinator and see what they suggest? x

we have the following;. Top taable 6 2x tables of 18 2x12 1x11 1x8 1x5 1x6
partly due to the shape of the room but also groupings of people.

Wait and see until you have a venue. I thought 10 would be too crammed at my venue too but they have different sized tables for different amounts of people so will quite easily be able to fit 10 around them :) xxx

We're doing tables of 8 also. Top table is a long one and has 8 on but maybe 9. Havent decided what we are doing with the kids yet! X

Think we've got 6 tables of 8 plus the top table.
But a couple of the tables of 8 may go into an 8 and a half because of kids under 5 having to sit at the table lol.

my venue usually do 10 per table but I thought that was a bit squashed so I asked if another table could fit in - which it does easily - so I am having 8/9 on each table, I have 1 table of 6 but they are right next to the cake so I didn't want it to be knocked. My top table has me H2B, his mum, step mum and dad, my mum and step dad and his best man. My bridesmaid is sat on a seperate table as she has 2 kids to look after.

Round tables for us, with even numbers of 8's and 10's depending on who we put together then, straight top table with 6 of us, me,h2b, and both sets of parents x

I am having tables of 6 tables of 10. That includes our top table. :) It does depend on the venue though. I decided that after talking with our co-coordinator.

I think the best thing to do, is wait till you speak to the venue, as they might have some suggestions.
