Hi all, i'm compiling a list of songs to make a CD to play during the wedding breakfast, choosing the songs is fine and i'm really enjoying it, but how many songs do you think I will need if the breakfast is going to take approx 2.5 - 3 hrs ?
Thanks !

Rough time of each song is 4 mins so that is about 45 songs, if you do it on Tunes then it tells you how long your playlist is :-) xxx

We didn't have any for the meal ... we picked some for before the ceremony (about 45 mins on shuffle/repeat), one for walking in, one for ealking out and the first dance. After that we were bored of it so didn't pick any for signing the register or during the meal (LOL) xx

We've chosen the songs for the start of service,my walking down the aisle.signing of the register and exit music and two hymns. Thanks for the info on number of tracks for the wedding breakfast as that's one of h2bs jobs.

That's really helpful, thank you very much, I'll go for the 45 as it dosn't really matter if we have too many tracks lol
Thanks again !

This is something i need to sort too but i'm lazy when it comes to this, it just seems a tedious job. i just want to have a bit of background music for mood setting. Feel free to let me know what sort of songs you have put on your lists! ;-) I was thinking maybe just get one of those instrumental CDs you know with no words so it's just some backgorund music. Having said that of the last 3 weddings i went to i honestly couldn't tell you if they had background music or not, can't remember! x
